Frequently asked questions
When do you arrive to set up the waterslide?
We do our best to arrive within an hour of your scheduled set up time. If there are any delays, we will normally call or text you to keep you updated and make any necessary adjustments.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a Non-Refundable 25% deposit to reserve your rental for your scheduled date. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival before set-up begins.
How frequently do you clean your waterslides and bounce houses?
Each bounce house and waterslide is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each event.
What happens if the waterslide or bounce house gets damaged?
We inspect each unit upon delivery to ensure you are receiving and undamaged and fully functional waterslide/bounce house. If we discover that it has been damaged, or any of the equipment has been damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of the repair. This is also outlined in your contract that you will sign upon delivery.
Bounce House and Waterslide Safety
- Supervision of children is required at all times while the unit is in use.
- No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or pets allowed inside the bounce house.
- Feet first only: Whether sliding or bouncing, no diving, flipping, or roughhousing.
- Slide one at a time: Prevent pileups and collisions by spacing out riders.
- Clear the landing zone: Make sure the bottom is empty before the next person slides.
- Maximum occupancy and weight limits (300lbs) must be observed.
- Do not use the bounce house during inclement weather (high winds, rain, etc.).
